Transport your players into the dark, authentic world of an old apartment block that has become the headquarters of gangs, a meeting place, and a hub for illicit activities. From the outside, the block presents itself in an extremely atmospheric way, thanks to its aged brick façade that gives it a raw, slightly dilapidated appearance. Additionally, the exterior features shop windows, garages at the back, and numerous balconies that complete the urban landscape, evoking a sense of bygone times and authenticity.
Inside, the block exudes a gritty, ghetto vibe. Expansive, atmospheric corridors, a tastefully lit stairwell, and various details—such as crumbling walls and a multitude of graffiti—create an unpolished, raw atmosphere. Within the interior, you'll find a room dedicated to growing marijuana, a storage area, a trash room, and two additional rooms that can serve as living quarters or workspaces. Moreover, the building features an exit to the roof, allowing for even more diverse gameplay scenarios.
The model has been crafted with the utmost attention to detail—it is fully textured, comes with an LOD version, and features optimized collision, resulting in a collision poly count over ten times lower than that of the main model. Furthermore, the model includes a simple shader and a script that animate rotating fan blades to add dynamic motion to the scene. Collision surfaces are also assigned various materials, such as wood, metal, and carpet, causing them to react appropriately upon contact with the player by emitting characteristic sounds.
This old apartment block model is perfect as a gang headquarters, a meeting place, a base for illicit activities, or a setting for intense action sequences. Its versatility and rich detail mean that only your creativity limits its use, and its authentic atmosphere is sure to enhance any gameplay experience.
