1. Introduction

1.1 This license agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms of use for 3D models and other works ("Works") provided by Lisiu Mods ("Licensor") via the website https://lisiumods.com/ ("Store").

1.2 The Licensee is the individual or entity that has downloaded or purchased the Work from the Store.

2. Types of Licenses

2.1 Standard License – applies to all paid Works.

2.2 Free License – applies exclusively to Works marked as free.

3. Standard License (Paid Works)

3.1 Scope of Rights

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the Works as follows:

(a) Commercial and Non-Commercial Use:

Works may be used in commercial projects (e.g., on GTA San Andreas servers), provided they are not resold or redistributed.

(b) Modifications:

The Licensee may modify Works for personal use only. Redistribution of modified versions (e.g., on forums, Discord) is prohibited.

(c) Redistribution Prohibition:

Paid Works may not be shared in any form (e.g., download links, torrents).

3.2 Copyright

• All copyrights to the Works remain the property of the Licensor.
• The Licensee does not acquire ownership rights to the files.

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all purchases of Works under the Standard License are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By completing the purchase, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

4. Free License (Free Works)

4.1 Scope of Rights

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to:

(a) Commercial and Non-Commercial Use:

Works may be used in commercial projects (e.g., on GTA San Andreas servers).

(b) Modifications:

Modified versions may be shared only with a link to the original Work in the Store.

(c) Non-Commercial Redistribution:

Works may be distributed for free, provided a link to the Store is included: https://lisiumods.com/.

5. Changes to the License

5.1 The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement while notifying current licensees of any changes made. The current version is always available in the "License" section of the Store.

5.2 Continued use of the Works after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Termination

6.1 The License terminates automatically if:

• (a)  A refund is issued for a paid Work (where applicable under legal obligations).
• (b) The Licensee breaches the Agreement terms.

6.2 Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately delete all copies of the Works from their devices and servers.

6.3 Refund Limitations

The Licensor reserves the right to deny refund requests for digital Works, as their use cannot be revoked post-delivery. Any refund, if granted, voids all usage rights under this Agreement.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 Matters not covered by this Agreement are governed by copyright laws applicable at the Licensor’s seat.
